- 2 chicken thighs, skin and bone-on
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, black pepper, garlic, and grated ginger.
2. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and use your hands to massage the marinade all over the chicken. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes.
4. Once the chicken has marinated, place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
5. Air fry the chicken for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken over and air fry for an additional 8-10 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
6. Once done, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
