Ingredients:
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1\/2 cup water
- 1\/2 cup coconut milk
- 3\/4 cup palm sugar
- 1 cup durian flesh (pureed)
- Banana leaves (cut into small squares)
Instructions:
- Mix glutinous rice flour with water and coconut milk.
- In a pot, put palm sugar, cook until it is melted and caramelised. Add in the durian flesh and stir.
- Mix the cooked durian with the flour mixture until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into small portions and shape into small balls.
- Place a small piece of banana leaf at the bottom of a heat-resistant flat dish or cake mould.
- Arrange the small balls on the banana leaf squares on the dish or mould, press and flatten slightly. Cover with another piece of banana leaf.
- Steam over high heat for 5 minutes until cooked.
- Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the mould or dish.
- Cut into small pieces and enjoy your delicious Resepi Wajik Durian Sukatan Cawan!
